I watched too much MTV as a kid, then had an anime phase, the an "all those shows on tumblr in 2013" phase, yet I still managed to miss most popular stuff throughout all of them (I have not seen a single episode of Supernatural).
I'm also whatever the opposite of a cultured movie snob is. My taste encompasses obscure artsy stuff and blatantly bad Hollywood cash-grabs with no discernment. I watch with the Id, which generally means science-fiction and horror.
When I can't place when I watched something, I log it on 1/1/1970, but I wasn't actually alive back then.
