an excellent sprawling story interwoven with history, queer culture and hot men
an episode with lots of interesting ideas about celebrity culture and paparazzi however failed to actually make a substantial and interesting comment
I hate to dog on a show that so heavily features gays but this was bad bad. The characters felt flat yet absurdist, the show seemed to have some funny ideas about gay and wider lgbtq+ culture however it felt like those ideas had been given to the writers by a gay intern and then ran through ChatGPT to extend it into a show. Marco got the worst treatment and went through the same character arc 5 times and dialogue that consisted of insert gay catchphrase here between each line of dialogue. The highlight were the drag queens featured (shoutout to Priyanka and Monet X Change!). Overall I think the show had some good ideas however the execution just was really lacking and Marco was made to be an annoying caricature of a gay person.
most insane cast I've ever seen
the story is interesting enough but most of the dialogue is annoying and clichéd, really hope they just wrap this up in S3
First half of the season was boring and lacklustre but if you can make it through it, the second half goes insane, peaking in episode 8
I like the idea behind this season but it really is not hitting the same as other seasons, perhaps the second half will redeem it?
Got me hook, line and sinker
when I heard this show was cancelled I was not happy however after seeing the finale of S2 there were worst places to leave it, gossip girl was revealed to the cast, they all seemed happy and on the up (except Max & potentially Monet). Did not enjoy that we didn't see anything from Luna (special shoutout of her for being successful) or Monet as they are the best characters in the show and I am rooting for a spin off with just them
it's charming and funny, best part is still the past characters showing up - episode one was early my favourite - but hopefully with time the show will find its footing (Netflix please don't cancel this one)
huge improvement over S1, it is a shame it cannot continue to improve
Absolutely loved this show, so interesting, the way everything comes together, excellent
This show is the type of interesting and entertaining in the same way that I imagine 50 Shades of Grey to be. It is engaging until the 'mystery' is revealed, something about the pacing of those last two episodes is very off. Why anyone wants to be near Stephen the biggest mystery to me and speaking of there is a special place in hell for him. Bree is an angel and the greatest person in this show
Interesting season, did not really know what to expect but a solid season
superstore just did everything better
seems to have a lot to say but is unable to say it concisely
As someone who isn’t really a fan of Star Wars (I’ve only seen a few movies) this was fun and aside from some deaths which obviously couldn’t happen because this thing is supposed to be canon, I found it fun, visuals were very good as well which is a plus
In theory this would be good but it just kinda feels like The Good Place but worse
Started off kinda fun but went downhill, the ending really didn't do it for me
The show’s biggest strength is the cliffhangers at the end of every episode
I am just not the target demographic for this show
Simultaneously broke my mind and fixed it while giving me a deep appreciation for my life as it is in a way no other time travel media has done
If you’ve read the book don’t waste your time
I really enjoyed season 1 but season 2 felt like it was full of unnecessary product placement and mediocre acting
The cow is genuinely the stuff of nightmare fuel
Allegedly supposed to be a parody which sure but also it wasn't. It felt like it was just trying be exactly the same as The Woman in The Window without actually adding anything to the concept except for a ridiculous name. If you ignore that it is a fine show at best, if you factor in that it was supposed to be a parody, it's worse
