I don't really give a damn about analysing this movie. It was a blast from start to finish. The performances were fantastic, with special mention for the parents who were creepy as hell.
I pretty much only watch horror movies and find most of them boring and shallow these days. I'm constantly disappointed in them.

The first movie I've seen in a long time where I haven't been checking my watch half way through. Especially given it's over 2 hours. This was a great entry and a well crafted final chapter.
I loved every minute. If I take the nostalgia out of the first 3, I'd put this up there with them. Possibly even bestest a couple of them.
Nostalgia is a powerful force that isn't always a good representation of reality.
This surprised me in that it had a good, deep story to it. It felt more like an adult movie than a family movie. Really engrossing. Less comedy than I though there would be.
