Last two episode were a bit a slow-down and not as captivating as the other, previous episodes. Especially this final episode had me scratching my head a little. But although I’m not entirely satisfied with the way it ended, I’m glad they about tied all plots up neatly.
OMG Kelly is proper CRAZY!
Very entertaining and makes me instantly wanna rewatch Mad Max: Fury Road
Well that was one hell of a KStew lesbian fever dream. Not that I mind in the slightest.
This was just too cute and a pulled all the right strings.
Way better than I've expected from a CW show! I'll keep watching!
This was like a very lesbian-ish fever dream, but in a not-bad way. Also Geraldine Viswanathan was amazing.
Meh, I kinda expected much more.
LOL the monster of the week was just about a random person in a camo suit but alas, the episode was fun and we even get a random Linda Hamilton appearance! I also felt for Lauren in this episode, girl can't catch a break.
This episode had about everything I love about this show in it.
This movie had no right to be as good as it was! Soft-rebooting a franchise from about a decade ago? Somehow it works and was almost better than anything I still remember from the original movies.
Also I did not really warm up to that Snow actor but I guess that makes the movie almost a hint better.
And unexpectedly, the songs are really good, reminding me of Dolly Parton and some are earworms right now.
What the heck am I watching? Low-key am not mad at the flashback interview-style but man those boys are capital second-hand embarrassment. Guess I’m not their target audience but REALLY? i was being told this is good by multiple people I trust!!
My heart goes out for Daisy but also man am I glad I wasn’t a woman during those times. I like Daisy’s storyline so far but it makes me a little depressed. The boys’ story is just boring and embarassing.
Cheesy and cute but I do think the ending falls a little flat.
What an incoherent trainwreck, 4/10 would not recommend
I won’t spoil anything but it says a lot when the trans journalist guy is not even among the most interesting characters in this documentary.
The film was NOT what I was expecting but it was very captivating nonetheless. Also had an amazing Q&A with the director afterwards, which def enrichend the experience.
Very very loco loco batshit crazy film 8/10 would NEVER watch again voluntarily. Props to Diane Kruger and the rest of the cast for their very convincing 1A top performance.
Also not sure what all the jellyfish images meant to tell me but oh well.
I do not understand the hype about the movie. Watched it at ZFF and while the images of Riad are nice, not only is the main character is whack (which is with some plots forgivable!) but also the story itself is uber boring. About one hour too long. Saw people around me constantly on their phone and I can’t even blame them.
The sudden loss of Nynaeve was so unexpected and hit me rather hard. I didn’t really realized it but she did grow on me so much. I really thought she had plot armor?! She will be dearly missed.
This one will sting and stay with me for a while.
I do not miss Rand tho and wished he wouldmve stayed dead instead.
I love the girls so much but Camille is such a mess. GIRL WYD??!?
Man, Camille and Ian really are the worst. But I do love Angie so much. And Quinn.
Ugh the egg count mix-up was so obvious. And poor Quinn, man she really can't catch a break.
One of the funniest episodes ever!
Was cute, would definitely recommend as a lesbian holiday movie!
I surprisingly loved this! It's everything my queer-ass dreamed of - just a little fluffy romantic movie but it's a queer one this time! And it doesn't take itself too seriously. It's all I ever wanted! And it even has (obviously) a happy ending.
Loved Cliff's Daughter's little speech.
OMG Jen’s pregnant?!? I have so, so many questions and not all of them are about the writer’s quality issues.
This episode contained everything which I love so much about this show: Judy thinking she doesn’t deserve the care and love of others and thinking she’s a burden but being the selfless-est of them all. Judy having PTSD and obvs regrets on the murder and somehow working through that. And then, in the end a heartfelt and honest talk between the two. I love their friendship so, so much.
And I’m also glad Michelle came back and apologized, she’s good. Also I love Charlie, that kid has his heart on the right place, glad he took Steve down a noch in the end.
Nooo, I don't want Tyler to be the monster. But good to know that there are now two bad guys out there, which changes my suspicion slightly that Thornhill is the "master" and Tyler thus obvs the monster.
OK, several things:
- Enid is a gem. Please never change!- They want us to believe that Xavier is the monster, he's obviously not.
- On the topic of Xavier, he's such an insufferable, whiny and boring guy. His obsession with Wednesday almost borders on stalking, I find.
- The daughter was obviously never dead. I suspected this since last episode I think, but this confirmed it for me. She's back as Ms Thornhill - the only character who's recently new to the village.
- Tyler is most always the only adult in the room, which kinda hurts writing it out. He's only a teenager. Poor guy.
