I have to say, it really pulls you into a dark world. The plot is good (for a remake, a reboot, idk), and the actors do a great job (Margaret and the Cardinal are top). Creepy atmosphere really amps up the tension.
Be warned, some scenes are pretty gory and might be too much for you, adding a raw, intense edge to the horror.
That said, the movie isn't perfect and might not be everyone's cup of tea.

If you want some hope: this movie is not for you. It's a very good surprise, I was a little lost for the first 15 minutes. Take a look, you'll understand what I mean.
I don't feel "The Boys" vibes, in fact I don't feel anything about this tv show. Did you watch "Bodies", this is a good surprise ?
The title of the film is wrong, it should be called "80s Wokist Review".

It's a good show. Worth watching if you like a story about a dishonest leftist business man.
First 20 minutes, boring. But after that, the movie was pretty good. Acting is nice, ending could be better with the 20 lost minutes.

This series provides a wealth of information, offering deep insights into the intricacies of the Madoff system and allowing viewers to grasp the magnitude of the century's most audacious scam. While I typically don't gravitate towards documentary series, I found the four episodes to be intellectually stimulating, captivating, and engrossing enough to be consumed in one sitting.
And that was the last episode for me, season 1 was ok, season 2 is boring.
