while the quality of the episodes drop in later seasons, i consider this to be a pretty moving story about a group of narcissists and sociopaths learning how to have empathy and love other people, except for Pierce (who had little to no character growth throughout the show)

this show made me cry maybe more than any other show i've ever watched and i can't remember most of it. i can only assume that this show was straight up traumatic so my brain blocked most of the memories of it

i still don't fully understand what happened in this show, it was super trippy and interesting to me and i really like existential stuff
