Great movie ^_^
I didn't expect this movie to be this good. The story is really captivating and it's surprising from scene to scene – especially the end is really unexpected to be honest. Sad thing is, that with some scenes they actually captured the sad reality too well…
The promise of this movie is a classic hostage thriller, and I think it delivers. It actually doesn't feel like a 2016 movie I think, I don't mean this in a bad way, but it just feels like a classic 90s or 00s thriller movie (prob more in the good way)
It is directed by Jodie Foster, who played in movies like Panic Room.
While is not acting in this movie, I think the overall feeling is pretty similar.
There might be some small logical holes, but overall, I pretty much enjoyed this.
Rating: 8/10
I liked it and I don´t think it´s an unbelievable script. On the contrary I wonder why a thing like this hasn´t occurred already. Maybe the movie does exaggerate a bit, that is what movies do. But in general it paints a picture of how the money-world works and how, frightingly, in the end nobody really cares.
A good cast are undermined by a mostly unfunny script. With sharper wit, this could have been a movie worth inheriting.
the mother's viewpoint on this situation is so fucked up! i can't believe she would say that the internet nerds are the ones who are wrong
I genuinely enjoyed this one, it sort of reminded me of the movie shooter. It had its dull moments but then the action scenes had you on the edge of your seat. It’s worth an watch if you like bank heist/robbery movies.
Everyone should watch this show to learn tricks of catfishes
Dare I say best show on tv?
This show was about to end and I had completely forgotten about the mystery surrounding Jessica’s murder. The identity of her killer it’s not exactly the big reveal, but the reason why instead. We had to come this far to fully understand Flynn’s course of action and while his choice was incredibly heroic, his passing was just as sad. Who would have thought he would turn out to be most complex character on this show? Not me for sure.
Also, it was highly satisfying when he pulled the trigger one last time.
It is a B movie. Good if you have nothing to do. It looks cheaply made by a new director on a shoestring budget. Characters are very hallmark esqe. In fact that’s the best way to describe this movie. It’s a cheap knock off of a Hallmark movie. I’m not a big fan of Hallmark but they do put on an effort. This movie needs some of the Hallmark money to make it shine.
Similar to Hush (2016) but with a little twist. Fun thriller and I like the main character the actress did a good job.
Not bad! It doesn't do anything exceptional, but sometimes these paint by numbers mysteries are all you need. Easy viewing with a few nose-exhale-worthy gags, Maggie Moore(s) is worthy of a lazy Sunday afternoon when you've not got much going on and need a movie with a low attention investment requirement. Give it a shot, you can certainly do much worse.
A film I could happily rewatch every few years. For me, good comedy is hard to find. I'm easily bored by lots of stuff out there but this held my attention.
That is horrible, I feel so bad for Fred's mom. She has suffered way too much for one person!
Dont listen to the haters, this show is actually pretty good with the nice occasional crossover from the parent show
Well, yet another case that I remember already seeing but I don't think it was from this show, but I suppose that it's possible. The mom is despicable. It's bad enough to murder her two husbands, but to attempt to murder your own daughter to frame her? I hope she gets beaten in prison on a regular basis!
I think that she has a learning disability though and can't read, spell, or speak a lot of words properly. She somehow slipped through the cracks and never learnt how to pronounce or sound out words and is missing some early childhood English skills. I say this because I have a friend who is similar with these issues.
Oh, I don't like these doctors. I need to remember this: cystitus = honeymooner's disease. The way the lady said vicious. Aunt Sallie Mae - yes! What is Steven doing in here? That was good.
The film moves along briskly but its one you can let go of. Wooden acting and an unexceptional script undermine an occasionally entertaining film.
A lovely tribute to Leslie and such a great way to farewell the actor as a cast. RIP
That was such a beautiful tribute to Leslie. the way they did it in the end, bringing his chair and jacket. Simply lovely. That was such a great farewell to him and his character. I loved how they addressed him in the end, as a cast, as a colleague, as a friend. He never failed to make me smile in anything he is in. I'm gonna miss him very much. Nothing else to say, beautiful tribute for a beautiful soul. RIP
That was one of the most beautiful send-offs I have ever seen on a show. Very touching and respectful.
I'm glad they made Phil live happily ever after.
Totally satisified with the time i spent watching this movie
Excellent idea, that really works as a conspiracy movie. Great suspense well acted.
*Spirit romantic comedy*
This movie will definitely not disappoint you. Its a perfect romantic comedy to watch. Jesse catches her husband cheating on her but despite that moves to his home town to help her mum in law during a difficult time. Here she meets the local pastor and sparks fly.
Its witty and fun to watch. Not a single boring moment. You will laugh throughout the movie.
All the characters play their parts to perfection, including the evil husband and the annoying nosy do gooder. Good Job Corbin keep making them!!
Just grab some popcorn and a blanket to snuggle in. Its time well spent. Go for it and enjoy.
My Score 7/10.
I actually a very much enjoyed this. I'm a fan of this sort of film, but this was a unique take on this form of story. A little emotional even. Definitely worth the watch.
This movie caught me by surprise. It is a bitter-sweet story and it has a great unexpected twist. I can heartily recommend this movie.
How I rate:
1-3  = seriously! don't waste your time
4-6  = you may or may not enjoy this
7-8  = I expect you will like this too
9-10  = movies and TV shows I really love!
I know I'm probably in the minority of people who loved this movie as much as I did but I think there's just something spectacular about Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy's chemistry on screen. They were able to come together and make a really fun and entertaining movie that definitely had some laugh out loud moments.
