I just don't understand why homophobes watch this show, then complain about the content. What do they expect?
The best, most accurate 20 minutes of TV I've seen in 6 months. This show never fails to "slay"
Solid mid season finale, but seriously, "one last time" going horribly wrong? Doesn't get more cliche than that.
"What we have here is a failure to communicate. We are not out here trapped with you, you are out here trapped with us." Badass line, badass episode.
This show seems to be a giant fuck you to fundamentalists religion, and I whole heartedly approve.
very well done episode, the psychology of a man fallen apart.
Truly epic. One of the best things to bear the Star Trek name, both a love letter and a thank you to the fans who've remained loyal thru the last three plus decades.
We were on a break!!!!!!!!
Not surprised to see the bigots out in force for this episode. Guess what, snowflakes, the writers, producers and actors in this episode don't want you watching. This show is not aimed at you, feel free to stop watching and go back to your YouTube masters.
What changed in 2024? Q made Trump win.
The problem with an anthology series like this one, especially with a pedigree like The Twilight Zone, an amazing episode can always be right around the corner, so I'm compelled to keep watching. Yet, this iteration has yet to deliver.
When May and Kentaro had sex, no gay person came on here and threw a temper tantrum. But, show a gay kiss, and all of a sudden, it's the end of the world. Representation is the new normal, and if you have a problem with that, well that makes you abnormal. Grow up.
I was in a pretty crappy mood this morning, but fortunately found myself with a few extra minutes before work. was able to squeeze this episode in, and right from the opening scene, I was laughing. Still not thrilled about going into work, but I feel much better. This might be the best show on TV these days.
That was an amazing run, and a stellar final scene. If this doesn't come back for a second season, it's downright criminal. Kudos to all involved.
Isn't it funny how the nazi-brigade thinks anyone in mainstream media gives a flying fuck about their opinions? But, damn, that coming out scene, and the reaction on mars, was a thing of beauty.
Can always tell it's going to be a good episode when the KKK comes out of their holes to complain.
Schoolgirl Kristen could lead anyone down the path of temptation.
Very nice seeing a trans actor not playing a trans character. Kudos on the casting.
and for the first time in decades, Andy Dufresne stepped foot into Shawshank Prison...
perfect mix of fun and creepy. supernatural done right.
It occurred to me while watching this episode that this show could easily be seen as a precursor to the Star Trek universe. A global focus on space exploration, a United States that's more progressive and technology forward. Would be a cool little Easter egg if the producers add a new international space administration center in San Francisco, as part of any inevitable final episode.
Outstanding and heartbreaking. I'm going to miss you old friend.
Haha gotta love it when the Nazi thinks this episode was for them. Matt and Trey would probably find that hilarious, if it wasn't so offensive.
Now THAT is how you write TV. One word, that last word, took this episode from great, to un-fucking-forgettable.
I don't think he so much chose to be the bad guy, he felt it was forced upon him, that's what his friends expected, that's what his brother expected, etc. If that's what they want from me, so be, it, that's what they'll get.
As always, the opening title/credits sequence is the best part of this show.
All the republican comments make me cringe, throwing WOKE around like it's an insult. Have any of these Nazis EVER watched Star Trek? It was "woke" LONG before that was even a slur.
I hope I'm wrong, and the writing isn't that obvious, but end of season will be the daughter eating the fetus/baby.
Either hair grows really fast in this time/space, or someone found the galaxies only hair extensions!
. . . and that "jar of pickles" was an incredibly bad special effects.
