They did, at least, call the two out separately in the episode: "Yes, he has autism, but he also has savant syndrome..." Hopefully, viewers'll take that hint. :)

Thoughts from an actually autistic person about the accuracy of autism in this show: It's great. Honestly. Very realistic, very relatable. But please do remember autism is a spectrum and we don't all also have Savant Syndrome.
