This is different than the other hospital/doctor tv dramas. It focuses on Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) who has autism & difficulties dealing with the patients. When it comes to anything medical/saving lives, he does it in such a fashion that your left wanting to see more. The first episode it a bit slow, remember it just the beginning! Dr. Aaron Glassman (Richard Shiff) who is the president of the hospital, has gambled his position on the board/career with Shaun's ability to be an awesome Surgeon.
