The whole deal with Isobelle fell flat due to the enormous amount of "boy who cried wolf" jokes that have been in the past few episodes. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have that same joke happen almost exactly 8 minutes (I didn't go back to check) before her actual death shouldn't be writing emotional episodes anymore. I was more annoyed than sad in seeing it portrayed and what should have been a touching moment became a relief.
