So , I watched a bit more than halfway through season one. The story is interesting, the look of the show itself is great. However I am feeling like I am watching a documentary with re-enactment. Having to read about 80 % of the dialogue isn't helping either. It's distracting if you cannot focus on the actors and instead have to read their lines. And I have to admit, althought of course everything Escobar did was gruesome, and knowing that those things really happened, I couldn't help but smile once or twice when the Americans didn't get what they wanted. And that shouldn't be the case, right ? But they were really arrogant at times. I decided to drop the show but not because it's bad. The style just didn't click with me.
