Rick's voice is missing a bit of that pressure behind it but other than that the voices of Morty and Rick sound barely any different to before. It's not like anybody would notice or care if they didn't know Roiland is out, anyway. If people want to complain about different voices, they should complain about Birdperson sounding entirely different even though Harmon is still doing the voice. Otherwise any claims appear hypocritical.
However, the opening episode was just meh. I don't care about Mr. Poopy Butthole and will never understand why this guy is a thing in this show. The neighbour was an unexpected but fun addition, though.
