Excited for Penelope and Colin’s story next season after watching how phenomenal Season 2 was! I can not wait to see how Penelope grows into her own.
I loved this season so much. The chemistry between the two leads was off the charts and the yearning nearly killed me. Kate and Anthony have me in a chokehold.

this season was miles better than the 1st one imo, kathony are so cute i am so happy for them. Taylor Swift wrote 'cowboy like me' about them.

Really enjoyed this season! I am glad Eloise figured out that Penelope is Lady Whistledown. She is clever and I'm glad she was able to put it all together when she did. That moment between the two was intense. Such a shame because they had a good friendship.
Gosh the ending had me crying. Happy tears. Kate and Anthony had a very infuriating story. The will they won't they tension between them had me holding my breath on more than one occasion. I really love Kate and I do hope we'll see her again next season.
Let's all give a round of applause for Lady Featherington. She is a villain on so many levels but how she dealt with Lord Featherington was brilliant. She outsmarted him, stood up for her daughters and herself... I'm starting to like her more and more!

this season was definitely better than the last, hands down. i cried actual tears in this episode thanks to kate and may's scene before the ball (but that might be because i had a terrible mom and so moments between loving mothers and daughters emotionally overwhelm me).
also, given the way the actors have talked about their characters' relationship i get the feeling pen ran away from the conversation colin was having a little too soon?? i haven't read the books but i know it takes him like six million years to realize things there and this season did feel like pen was coming a bit more into herself and colin was seeing her properly and colin loudly declaring he'd never marry penelope as if it were an insult doesn't seem very much in character for him as a person anyway.

Truly one of my fav shows after this amazing season, I loved both seasons but this one was just brilliant! Definitely worth a rewatch or two!
