The Public Hotel in New York City has been a huge hit since it opened in June, thanks to its affordable nightly rates. Guests love it but the neighbors HATE it. Mainly because every time they look up at the hotel, someone's having sex in the windows! Locals have filed numerous complaints about couples getting frisky during all hours of the day! Now that's what I call, a room with a view!
