Sandrinha is a personal trainer who works at Barra da Tijuca beach, in Rio de Janeiro, and Janaína is his girlfriend, who works as a DJ in Spain. In the last 6 months the two are only related via skype, because of Jana's distance and work. What the personal doesn't know is that the DJ is in love with Tayná, a crush she met in a nightclub in Barcelona, where she usually plays.
Pink starts Cris's training ... Except that the surf teacher doesn't imagine that her new student is in love with her. Jana and Tayná arrive by surprise at Sandrinha's house in Barra da Tijuca, which leaves the personal trainer dying of jealousy. On the beach, the life saver Mariana is discouraged by the return of the DJ and realizes that her chances of starting a relationship with the personal are much further away.

Marcelinho, Dedé's personal assistant, knows the new life saver and thinks the guy is giving him a hard time. Cris realizes that Pink still likes Dedé and is afraid of losing his girlfriend. Carlão, Mariana's life-saver partner, invites the whole crowd to a barbecue at his house ... Where there will be a fire in the playground! Mariana invites Sandrinha to take a shower in the Tijuca Forest.
