As Max is about to park in front of his front door, an attractive woman yanks open his car door and demands that he flee because his life is in acute danger. Shortly afterwards, the clown is shot from a moving van.

The Clown fights against a traitor in the ranks of the Armed Forces who is cooperating with arms pushers and betrays the latest weapons systems of the army.

During a mission, Max is hit by a poisoned projectile. The poison must be fought within 60 minutes with an extremely rare antidote, or he will die. A dramatic race against time begins.

In order to solve the disappearance of some non-sedentary, Max has joined a group of homeless people undercover. He is attacked and wakes up in a shabby clinic. There he makes a terrible discovery.
