Man. What an ending. :flushed:
After every episode there is a different person who I consider to be the worst one of the family.
Amazing. The actors were superb, Sean Bean and Stephen Graham demonstrate why they are two of the most respected names in the industry today with absolutely stellar performances and never let up for a second. especially Sean Bean. Well written with good pacing. A character study done to perfection, with every theme, nuance, and character nailed to a T. I cannot recommend this enough. Directed with excellence.
Aren’t they in the middle of a war?
You need to be a killer, he was told. And so a killer he became.
musical episodes are the worst type of episode and you cannot change my mind
God i'm gonna miss the Rocinante crew so fucking much. They definitely stuck the landing on this finale.
Star Trek Discovery Season 3 Recap
1% - Enjoying the story
14% - Really throwing the crew diversity in our faces to the point of wrecking the story.
18% - Watching Tilly battle her lack of self-esteem.
22% - Michael decides to whisper for no apparent reason.
45% - Watching wild mood swings that border on clinical personality disorders.
Ack! that was actually painful. An hour long episode that took only 10 mins to watch after skipping all the singing. Horrible episode.
The worst episode ever. Why does every good show always ruin it with a musical.
Damn that ending was f:asterisk_symbol:cked
You know its saddening when the next button disappears from an episode of a show.
Can’t believe the comments complaining about the finale. This was a top tier finale to the series! Wow. One of the most underrated shows on TV lately.
I was so worried they weren't going to be able to answer all the questions and wrap it up perfectly in this final episode but man I couldn't have asked for anything better! The reunion scenes with Alice in the woods as well as later with her brother are so emotional and I'm so glad the episode didn't end at the cabin but continued after to show Gerrick's questioning, the butcher's release from prison, Baptiste's surgery etc. Those scenes in the woods were so suspenseful too, really superb acting and writing -- I can only hope they bring this show back again for another story; I'd happily wait another 2 years.
This episode is so bad lol. I don't remember previous seasons being so drawn out with such bad acting. The fight doesn't make any sense. Like there really would be a crowd of guys pushing on a gate like zombies for half an hour lol
wasn't the same without Jimmy Perez
well... this is one big genre change, wtf?
I'm sorry but that plot development and ending was really lame and made it a one in a thousand serie. With such an interesting setting and locations a lot better could be done. I had good faith after the first episode but after the second that feeling was gone.
Do you all remember the 1985 movie "Enemy Mine". The alien seen in this episode resembles the "Dracs" alien from the movie. Wonder if the was shout out?
Series finale. People who return for the event and one who leaves. It has been well
We will miss you MacCord family
need more episodes focused on carter, this was good
I honestly don't know why I bothered watching this season.
Season 1 was stupid by the end and likewise this season got worse as the story moved on.
giving it a 5/10 is being very generous.
This felt more like More WOKE, Virtue Signalling than our Science based Star Trek we've all come to love. Nevertheless, being a Sci-Fi fan, I tried to ignore the Virtue Signalling and relaxed into the episode, which felt it was based on Emotion and trying to make the Audience feel good,.... Then, BOOM, the Woke culture slapped me around the face again when Earths president walked off the shuttle and all I saw was Freaking !!!Stacey Abrams!!! and the whole WOKE Culture was thrown to the forefront of my mind.... Thanks for Ruining what could have been an awesome Star Trek!... I hope Strange New Worlds with Captain PIKE doesn't go down this road.
Everything was pretty good until the forest scene what the hell?? Prisoner exchange was a very clever idea, I'll give them that. I would like to see what Gilead would do with Fred? Poetic justice, he would suffer because of the laws he helped writing. But no, as a group of 30 women let's just chase him in the woods and beat him to death. Even cut his finger and send his ring to his wife?
I'M SO DISAPPOINTED.
This is getting ridiculous lmao.
An amazing end to S2! I surely hope a network picks this show for S3 and many more to come.
WOW! Excellent New TV Show!!
