Pretty messed up. Dude literally hopped on the hood and let off multiple clips after the cease fire call. Talk about overkill! Smh... cops always use the same justification for this crap (and then 'blue wall' after the fact) Decent documentary, definitely worth a watch, esp. if not already familiar with police brutality in the US (and consistent subsequent lack of any accountability)
