Dirch Passer is a legend in the danish revue/theatre/movie scene and Nikolaj Lie Kaas does an amazing job of portraying him. Passers talent was unique but sadly not used to the full extent as he was held back by his peers and typecast as the funny man. So sad Passer only lived for 54 years - but the movie clearly shows how he was burning the candle at both ends. RIP Dirch - you will live on forever.
