That's pretty messed up that Kate went so far as to get revenge that she got that girl's baby taken away. It was even too far to put that sex security tape out in public and ruin her husbands life forever. She should have just gotten a divorce immediately and took all his money. She was dreaming and about to hookup with that fireman anyway. Getting the husband fired and losing his career means less money for her. There is no excuse for him cheating but he did patiently tend to her every need for 16 months during which he was not allowed to touch her, or even get within a few feet of her without triggering her PTSD. He even got her special treatment at work so she could feel comfortable...seems like she could have skipped ruining his life.
