She is SO BUSY she has no time to spend with her boyfriend and they breakup because of it.
Then she goes home and has nothing but free time and with nothing to do she sits on the couch bored and starts rearranging pillows and all the furniture! Then she goes into the bathroom and thinks about if she should change her hair.
The next day she is visiting old people at the retirement center and helping kids with arts and crafts.
She never thinks to call the boyfriend and say "a whole lot of free time just opened up for me!"
And don't forget the scene where she has found time to spend the whole day with some other guy and go Christmas tree shopping and bake cookies with him!
I found it cute and refreshing, even if there were some moments that weren't directed and thought out well with the props and scenery and script. It had a cute little twist to it as well.
