Charley Varrick 1973

It was good, Walter Matthau, the first time I see him as the protagonist and he shows off. Good direction by Don Siegel and good music by Lalo Schifrin

Fun ride on a bank robbery/adventure as Charley Varrick, his wife, and Harman Sullivan try to evade the mobs hired goon and his strong fists across New Mexico. In true 70s fashion, its light on plot and heavy on ridiculous at times, but Matthau and Baker hold the story together quite easily.
