Darlin' 2019

More gratuitous violence and less catholic girl home might have helped in making the movie more entertaining. OK to watch but nothing extraordinary. Maybe it would have worked better if I'd have seen the first one (https://trakt.tv/movies/the-woman-2011).

This one syncs in right in line after the first two. Nothing special, but nothing bad, and still enjoyable.

Mix several thorny issues. However, it loses credibility at times and the resolution is not good.

Uhh, is this meant to be a comedy? The tone is all over the place. It's like 'Terminator 2' where it can be extremely silly with the whole "fish out of water" concept but all of a sudden there's ultraviolence and implied rape. If you haven't seen the prequel 'The Woman' then you won't understand the significance a radio or a gingerbread man cookie has to this feral teenager. Not as satisfying or coherent in its message as the others in this trilogy. Also, what the hell was with that credits song??

They should of never made another of this horror franchise because it wasn't brilliant but it was worth a watch tho and out of the 3 movies, I prefer the first movie from 2009 offspring because that was half decent and only watched this because of the sake of watching the other too and finishing of the franchise.

Fairly pointless sequel to 'The Woman,' but that isn't to say it isn't worth watching. Combination horror and redemption drama. this is a polished effort that will please fans of the 2011 film.

I’ve been generous with my rating, but overall I did enjoy it and the concept of the film, however it could have been done better and the portrayal of the feral step mum was the major let down in the film. It kind of ridiculed the whole film and her behaviour made no sense. Running around with her sunglasses and gun; it didn’t make sense and spoilt it.

But, if you watch it and ignore the contraction of the feral stepmother it’s not a bad film.
