Halfway through the movie I was wondering if this was supposed to be a parody of Bollywood movies. The over the top, quickly cut action scenes with punching sounds from the 80's, every actor trying to do their absolute worst (Varun and his gf were acting normally lol), overused background music, the horribly saturated visuals, After watching the whole movie, I don't think it was a parody, they were actually serious making this movie. Which makes it even more hilarious imo, movies that are sooo bad that they become good are the best.
Had fun watching. Truly an Inception level movie (Varun Dhawan compared it to Inception.)
Finally. Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in another great film together. Kajol's role is my favorite, love to see a different side of her. A must watch for fans and those who start watching Indian films. :)
