A very funny movie, but a little crude.
Lauren Graham was not inspiring as a wife. I don't think that's her role, especially of a congressmen or prophet. I'm sure Carell had an awesome time making this movie. Lackluster storyline with no grip on emotions. Cool animal acting though.
Okayish sequel. I thought it was fun to follow Evan this time instead of Bruce, even if it was just because Jim Carrey didn't want to return.
Jonah Hill is a lot of fun in this one, not a big fan of Wanda Skyes or the cringy dancing by Steve Carell.
Nothing special but it's a fun 90 minutes if you don't have expectations.
I really hope Steve Carell had a good chiropractor, his back must have hurt immensely carrying this film. Jokes aside, this shit was awful outside of my love for Steve Carell. Wanda Sykes character being a one-liner machine was quite awful, I don't think one single joke of hers landed. Lauren Graham as the wife felt lifeless. John Goodmans role was satisfactory, as it always is.
A far more earnest movie than one would expect. It's cheesy far more religious than I anticipated but it's good. It's a great family movie and it has no business being a sequel to Bruce Almighty.
A Noah's Ark version of the Santa Clause. Where he starts growing a beard and long hair that he can't get rid of.
My 5 yr old niece enjoyed the movie anyway. Evan Almighty isn't bad for kids who like animals at least.

I'm not religious, but I enjoyed the movie. Even though I got really pissed at the God character sometimes, he made up for it.
RANT not about the movie:
I'm pretty sick and tired of people saying "one of the worst movies I've ever seen" again and again, I can't go on a comment section on ANY movie without someone having that attitude, and I don't even believe it's one of the worst they've seen, most of the time they just disliked it. And it's okay to dislike something, I dislike some movies too. BUT to go as far, example on this film, this "Durkslag", saying it's religious "crap" for "brainwashed" people, I really pity them. He must be so fun at parties (not). If he feel the need, if anyone feel the need to insult movies and at the same time, people who watch them, they really do have my pity, and I hope that they one day learn that they do not have to be so cruel. I don't believe in God, but I believe what comes around, goes around. If you're online acting like a dick, you'll be sure to look twice before crossing any roads any time soon. You, me, everyone, we will get what we deserve, what we put into this life. If you're gonna give hatred, that is what you'll recieve. Just a heads up. ARK, one act of random kindness, saving the world one step at a time. That is all folks. Have a most deserving evening, everyone.
