First hour draggggs, it’s the set‐up Blair Witch has in the first few minutes. We get to know the three leads but not enough happens to justify the time spent, and then the final act: A stalker posts on their social feeds revealing they’ve been followed and we get to see their reaction?
And then what really frustrated me: no cold close on seeing the murderer stood in the closet, yet more exposition, first person chase to a car & blogging narration to camera. It’s just too much.
This could have been edited into a neat tidy short, but as it is it’s disappointing to me.
Having watched a film this week that better balances a slow burn and reveal, I would recommend you watch Saint Maud instead.
