My least favorite of the Generation Iron films; this was kind of a droning narrative with not much in the way of fresh perspective. Granted, it did bring out some interesting aspects of bodybuilding in other (non-US) countries, but apart from that, there wasn't much said that hadn't already been said. I did enjoy the "epilogue" that explained what transpired in the lives of some of the bodybuilders featured in the film, but there's not much else to say for this one.
