Looking at the poster you pretty much know what you're gonna get: a cheap funny parody with fake looking puppets. It's all of those except funny. This is usually my jam but I don't think I laughed more than twice, it's utterly unfunny. On top of that the Ghoulies pretty much fade into the background, they're barely in it. They give their place to a bunch of glowing green eyes freaks, it's now their movie and that was a boring storyline. Had some cool moments scattered throughout but i'm left disappointed, I wanted way more Ghoulies!

For some reason, Ghoulies is not as fun as I remember it being...
That might be my memory or that my taste has evolved, but most likely it's just that Ghoulies is not really that good.
This used to be a staple in my horror VHS collection, but now it's just a rather poor use of time and money. Most people can happily skip this one.
