God may bless the broken road, but not even God can bless this broken storytelling. I couldn't even tell you what the movie was about, just that you have a broken family going through some tough times and...a Nascar driver. Everyone is doing their own thing, experiencing their own experiences and nothing is really related to each other.
It's your typical Christian film that uses typical techniques to preach a typical message on what faith is and how important it is. As usual, the imbalance of the film overshadows any good the movie may have, like the actual cinematography...that wasn't bad....but everything else was. I could type for hours on how confusing this movie tends to get for no apparent reason. But I won't. Just don't waste your time.
