Mark Weber decided at short notice to sell his house because he wants to stay with his sick father in Leipzig for an indefinite period. As his subtenant, village helper Katja Baumann has to deal with the new owner. This is of all people Jan Steinmann, an old school friend of hers, with whom she now has to share and arrange the living area.
