Too much trying to be mysterious and not enough enjoyment given.
It took too long to figure out it was about a boring robot breaking protocol, the man who enabled it, and the police officer who tracks them.
The police officer was stupid because at the end he goes to arrest them without backup.
The most silly part of the movie is the thought that people would waste their time caring about robot machinery. The movie went overly dramatic in the scene where they wipe the robot's memory, like I was supposed to feel sad about that or something.
Any robot that doesn't listen to human command needs to be destroyed immediately!
:heart:x5
You might be thinking. . . isn't this the same plot as the UPLOAD tv show? Well, you would not be far off.
Sadly there isnt much to see here. It's pretty much just a muddled mess of various simulant, replicant robot, and robot uprising movies thrown together.
How I rate:
1-3  = seriously! don't waste your time
4-6  = you may or may not enjoy this
7-8  = I expect you will like this too
9-10  = movies and TV shows I really love!
It's like they tried to make a good movie, but they failed.
I understand that the AI uprising story arc is getting old, and they are running out of ideas at this stage. However, I did enjoy this movie regardless. I liked the cinematography and the way the story was told. There was an element of suspense and I kept watching, curious to find out what happens next.
I’m also rating it. Whenever I finish a movie certain that I’ll watch it again in the future, I rate it 8 as a bare minimum.
Decent movie. I found it entertaining and easy to watch.
quit filming in 4k can't see anything but shadows and darkness.ahhhh
Boring as hell. It has a lot of suspense, little action and an unexciting script.
Meh meh meh meh meh
end is scary .:relieved::relieved::relieved: if it happens in real world. in future.
human size machine doing whatever it wants..
gives a lot of detroit become human vibes in a way i enjoyed. it's not a groundbreaking film but it's an enjoyable sci-fi thriller and simu liu was lovely (until i found out about his incel ties)
Killed 90 minutes, watchable, bit fucked up, couple of nice bits of skirt :joy:
You are not missing much by skipping this movie. MEH!
A multi billion dollar company sends a single agent to stop a rogue ex employee from freeing their androids. Why not?

Not much new here, but its an easy 90 minute filler. It could be a pilot for a tv series.
