Hot Tub Time Machine 2 2015

Mildly entertaining is you like low brow humor. Kept my attention enough to watch until the end and laugh a few times.

Just like with the first movie, there are MANY quotes I use from this movie that make it memorable. Overall though it is much weaker from the first entry. In fact, the story itself is much weaker. Is it worth watching for fans of the first? Absolutely. But overall, the first is a much better film. But definitely check it out if you enjoyed the first.

It's a funny movie with quite a few good laughs. The plot is a bit stupid, but it's not too difficult to follow. Overall, if you're just expecting to laugh and have fun, you won't be disappointed, but if you want a message, watch something else.

While this one isn't as good as the first one, it still has it's moments that will make you laugh quite a bit. Good sequel, and hopefully one day we get a third movie.

Pretty bad plot, but I couldn't stop laughing.

My expectations for this movie was fairly low, so let's see if this movie can at least meet my expectations. The plot was absolutely terrible. The writers tried to be clever with their use of time. Unfortunately the plot "twist" failed to meet my expectations. They literally stole part of the story from Back To The Future (which they subsequently parody). The comedy was on the same level as the plot. It's the usual crude humor, with nothing refreshing or new about it. I feel like the writers were asleep while writing the movie. Yet another movie franchise that fell into "The Hangover Syndrome". Where Hollywood finds a formula that works and the drives that formula into the ground while making as much money as possible. Adam Scott was fine as the new addition to crew. I was disappointed to see John Cusack did not return for the sequel, but after finishing the film I would have done the same. My advice would be to skip this one altogether.

Rent it: okay it was stupid but I couldn't turn it off. Not as good as "the interview"

Loved it, it's a good sequel

I loved it, for a sequel. Turn your brain off and have fun!

This was bad. Enjoyed some jokes though.

Unnecessary sequel, just a money grabber.
