Was expecting something along the lines of Project Power, but got a dull and disjointed movie instead.
Seriously I could have made better superhero characters than in this film
Everybody wants to start a super hero franchise but no one wants to make the characters as interesting as the super power roster.
This is is vanilla ice cream in movie form.
Everything from story and characters to action and sound design is rather bland and lacking substance, it is just smooth inconsequential sailing to the credits. An innocent little movie for (older) kids.
Movie does have a story to be told and the main actors even play their roles nicely, but the end result isn't quite as exciting as a superhero movie is expected to be

I liked it, it's not the film of the year, but it's refreshing to see superheros who are not super but rather human !
