It is a really thrilling movie. It shows what can happen already and especially how dangerous it is for the future if everything gets more and more controlled digitally.
Ignore the bad reviews.... I.t is a worthy movie that does not disappoint. This movie is about the dangers of technology and lack of privacy and is a real eye opener when Mike Regan has his business and home life destroyed but a disgruntled former employee. Great movie, moves quick and great performances. Great watch.

Very poor over the top plot and predictable end. Avoid
The movie itself isn't terrible, it's an easy watch and you don't feel disconnected from what's going on at any point, it's just not very deep either which often times is the trade off you get when a movie is more simplified. It checks all the boxes of your typical thriller, it ends just like you expect it to as well, but I think it loses a couple points just because it's really hard to care about the characters. The main protagonist comes across like a dick, and the antagonist seems like he's imitating a creep, but isn't actually one, so the movie falls a little flat in some regards. Add in the motivation behind mr IT guy gone psycho is really paper thin and based on just losing his job despite not seeing the writing on the wall, and you find yourself going "Ehhhh." What stopped him from just finding another job? Why was he so obsessed with this girl he barely knew at all? Couldn't quite buy it.

Why do these films never get the behaviour right...? The guy is properly wronged by an arrogant man and then sets out to destroy his life. Who exactly is the hero here?
Neither - and so the plot is flawed, the actions are flawed, the characters are flawed.

there's just nothing about this movie to like... not the under developed characters, not the extremely slow moving plot and definitely not the quite obvious ending.
Good quality movie, storyline however predictable.
Has been a while since I was not disappointed about a movie. Congratulations to this one to make it possible.
The movie equivalent of spam email, it looks enticing but is ultimately not worth your time. An unimaginative thriller with a good cast wasted through bad direction.

Read a lot of bad reviews, but it actually doesn't disappoint. Has decent script, some action and suspense. Not slow. Good to watch if you have some time to spend and Pierce Brosnan make it better.
