The preliminary round will be held with many professional and amateur ghost storytellers from all over Japan, who have passed the rigorous preliminary screening. 8 more who have made it through the preliminary round will advance to the main competition, where the legend of ghost stories, Junji Inagawa, awaits them. In the main competition, in addition to the eight qualifiers, two other seeded players will participate: a finalist round to determine the four semifinalists from the 10 ghost storytellers, a semifinal round to determine the two finalists, and the winner of the final two ghost storytellers will be awarded the title of "Kaiou", the most terrifying ghost story of 2018 !
