Kuroneko 1968

A perfectly crafted historical, dark fantasy, drama movie. The atmosphere, acting, story are superbly comined in this flawless movie about human nature, war, loss, revenge and love. If you want to see something similar, check out Kwaidan by Masaki Kobayashi, another 10/10 movie.

The original title of the film is Yabu no naka no kuroneko.

Excellent ghost story wrapped in feudal Japanese Samouri. Perhaps not as Good as Shindo's 'Onibaba' but not far off - stunning photography again.
