what a fucking amazing movie. very rarely do stories like this emerge from the industry. this story was utterly raw, from the culture of Lakshwadeepians to their language. their dialect is hard to understand but what an amazing movie. also Roshan Mathews was such a beautiful surprise, playing opposite Nivin Pauly. I think you'll find yourself rooting for those two boys no matter what.

I'm a serial commenter when it comes to the movies I love. After rewatching Moothon five times, I just have to say that this is a gem and so is Nivin Pauly's phenomenal acting and Roshan Mathew's 20 minute performance as a mute man. what a gorgeous masterpiece.
