Like a normal nanny: good for kids, not meant for adults and not as magical as Mary Poppins.
A quaint children's movie, but most certainly for children. Worth a viewing to see more of Thomas Brodie-Sangster and also lovely to see Colin Firth and Emma Thompson. Beyond that the movie does not have a lot to offer. I liked the aesthetic, even if a little passe. Only worth the single watch though and only if with children or for the actors.

A film that was part of my childhood that shows the great value of love and family. It is worth watching and watching again and again.
