Critics enjoyed ripping New York Minute a new one. So much that Mary-Kate and Ashley haven’t acted since. Mary-Kate showed more promise as an actress. Andy Richter as a villain who thinks he is Chinese is the worst thing about the movie. There’s a little too many romantic comedy cliches as well. Otherwise it’s entertaining bad movie.
