One of the worst romantic comedies of the 90's. A waste of a great cast. Hey; Tom Arnold's career had it's moments. Like True Lies for instance.
TV REBOOT IDEA: Write out Hugh's character entirely....make it all about Julianne Moore moving in with Tom Arnold and Joan Cusack's characters, boom, six seasons and a movie. Or maybe just 2 seasons and that's it. Either way.....I HATE Grant's character through and through. I suppose it might be easy to say that through 2018's eyes and the last time I saw this was when it first hit video so I was like 11-12. Watching it now I can't get past what a goddamn asshole Hugh Grant is and how much he doesn't deserve even a FRACTION of the beautiful woman Julianne Moore is....also, I'm V jealous of that hair. I had that do back then and I could never make it fall quite like Hugh did. While I can appreciate that now I just watch this movie wishing it was from Julianne's perspective. She is the pregnant one after all, dealing with a self centered stuffy asshole.
Also.....Tom Arnold ain't that bad in this. Stop hating. He doesn't bat .1000, sure, but he is funny in this. As funny as he can be.

Not good. The story of a immature guy who makes a woman suffer just to realize she is all he wants. The only good about it is Robin Williams.
