Rouuuuuuuugh watch. Watched this for an upcoming Action Boyz episode. The amount of VO and montages of boring ass shit...ooph.
Watched on Dude's Night, this movie is not good. It takes forever to get started, has awful dialog, bad special effects, horrible editing, and poor action scenes. Apparently the screenwriter completely disowned the movie after seeing the final cut...
Scenes go from daylight to pitch-black-night as someone gets out of their car... There's a "two-way mirror" that looks like it was made using construction paper and tinfoil... Even the action scenes were horrible. Sooo many issues. So unintentionally absurd.
The guy that picked this movie had read about how god-awful this was and thought it'd be fun to laugh at. He wasn't wrong. While this is definitely not a "good" movie, it deserves whatever cult status it has as a bad one.
Wow. Probably the worst movie I've ever seen. I was looking for some low-budget '80s fun, got nothing but pure awfulness. The most annoying thing is (beside the so called story-line) Richard Gesswein's voice which is not Richard Gesswein's voice at all. Oh, they did the same thing with Dr. Steele's carachter, the frightening military 'lady' who SPOILER was supposed to be the star of the next chapter of this fantastic story as R.O.T.O.R. II. Whaaaaat?
Anyway the horse drinks some coffee scene was a bit funny.

For some reason this came across my radar in 2022. It’s bad. Really bad. I skipped the whole thing in about 5 minutes. I doubt I missed much. I wonder if anyone went onto bigger and better things
