It is noted that exposure to frightening fictions allow audiences to practice effective coping strategies that can be beneficial in real-world situations. Fans of horror movies or ‘prepper’ genres were not only more prepared for the pandemic, they exhibited greater psychological resilience.
It’s simply my opinion, you may enjoy them.
I will watch most things, even if it’s low budget or poor acting etc; it’s the concept I enjoy.
But, be warned, don’t waste your time watching these.
