In my opinion the weakest of the three Sailor Moon movies (also the one that's the least gay... no Fiore and Mamoru, really no banter between Haruka and Michiru... just some really bland crushing which seems to happen for no other reason than we have opposite sexes in play. It's not bad, it's just not as fun as the other two movies.
