Just like the other Rajkumar Hirani films this movie is amazing but still there are a lot of elements missing in this movie ,which make it incomplete.It is mainly focus on Sanjay Dutt and his father and their fight against the media.

Sanju isn't an objective story but just another biopic. Rajukumar Hirani, being the phenomenal raconteur he is, has done a great job in storytelling but there isn't anything remarkable in the movie which is expected from him. Ranbir and the prosthetic department were awesome.
