SUGA: Road to D-DAY 2023

Wow, okay. That was a journey.

What I love most about the way Yoongi talks about music and creating is that I can always understand it with my own art (drawing and painting). We might use different tools and ways of expressing, but we all still create.
"We may not speak the same language, but we get each other."

I loved to see Yoongi working on his music - alone and with other people. It also takes a special kind of bravery to be that open and vulnerable in front of a camera (and in his music, like "Amygdala" here), AND to always question what you're doing and trying to look at it with new eyes, instead of going into a routine that could kill your creativity.
The part in Tokyo with Ryuichi Sakamoto was especially interesting, I really liked their talk and their views on music and creating.
The live versions of the songs blew me away, they felt even more raw and beautiful then the studio versions on the album. Especially "Snooze". Damn Kim Woosung and his amazing voice.

The only downer here for me is that it felt way too short, ha ha...
