This was originally made for (& shown on) TV 20 years ago; the 2 episodes have been edited together, with the end credits for Part One left in. Some of the technology has visibly dated. But.. vulcanology still can't predict when eruptions will occur and their magnitude. The effects hold up pretty well. Maybe not as scary as it was when released; still worth a watch.
