Rudi Blaha is an apprentice in a metal working factory. He and his friends are members of a trade union youth organization. Fritz Anders, the director of the youth club tries to help the young people in their confrontation with the complicated political world of the sixties. Material properity is on the increase and its temptations make the traditional values of the working class movement appear less attractive. Rudi who is 17 years old and his friend Manfred has a crush on Brigitte Bardot. They plan to go to St. Tropez and rescue BB from the hands of her malefactors...
