Amtrak, BNSF & UP action on oppsite banks along the mighty Columbia River, which divides Washington and Oregon. This is rugged, highly scenic country, and both railroads put on great displays. BNSF is using some older power, including a number of warbonnets, while UP is using mostly newer power. Big time railroading in big time scenery.
