It's the world inside out.
A man pursues stand-up comedy encouraged by his fellow garbage man. Though his friend, who accompanies him on accordion, continues to tell him how great he is, he actually stinks. When the "comedian" grows a third arm out of his back, the friend uses this twist to get him signed up with a sleazy talent agent, and it begins to look like his career is on the move, even though his girlfriend has left him.

The characters are good for its genre. Paxton's character is one of the most grimiest and disturbing characters I've seen. Nelson I didn't recognise and was good as his character, who reminded me of pathetic George Mcfly type. Hits all the weird spots OK with some wtf moments. The setting is affective. It's just not a very interesting film. Kind of a stretched out idea with not much to offer journey wise.

Fun fact: 2 out of 3 of the large ladies that Paxton's character fools around with were (or maybe still are) plus sized porn actresses.....
